5.1 In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), jll33 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before full withdrawal access is granted.

6.1 Deposits. All deposits to jll33 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods displayed on the platform at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jll33 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or the verified GCash/PayMaya account registered to the player's KYC profile. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. jll33 targets a processing window of 5 to 60 minutes for GCash withdrawals on verified accounts during normal operating conditions; processing times may vary.

13.3 jll33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. jll33 will not be liable for losses attributable to platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes jll33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 Termination by You. You may close your jll33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method after standard verification procedures. Closing an account does not discharge any outstanding obligations you owe to jll33.
14.2 Termination by jll33. jll33 may immediately suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) jll33 suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; (c) you are found to be under 21 years of age; (d) continued operation of your account would expose jll33 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or (e) PAGCOR or another regulatory authority directs jll33 to do so.
14.3 On termination by jll33 for cause, any funds held in your Wallet that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to your verified payment method, less any amounts owed to jll33. Bonus credits and winnings derived from prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
